Most automakers have spent the past couple years expanding their crossover lineup, and Cadillac is no exception. In a move to appeal to modern trends and an upcoming consumer base, the brand brought on a team of young designers to create an affordable, new compact crossover aimed at a more youthful audience. The 2019 Cadillac XT4 debuted in Manhattan at the end of March with an entry-level price of $35,790.
While the design team for the Cadillac XT4 injected a more sporty, youthful dynamic into the construction, the crossover still maintains the same signature class of other vehicles in the Cadillac lineup. This was accomplished via an exclusive vehicle platform that isn’t found on any other Cadillac nameplates along with the sleek, dynamic lines of the new crossover. Inside, the Cadillac XT4 will boast a spacious interior, complete with best-in-class rear legroom. There’s also new rotary controls for drivers who are overwhelmed by the sheer amount of touchscreen controls this vehicle provides.
The new compact crossover will be available on dealer lots as of fall 2018, but pre-orders are already open. The 2019 Cadillac XT4 also features a new, powerful 237-horsepower engine with notable efficiency.
